Steak 'n Shake - Miamisburg

Everything was right burger cooked perfect the fries perfect even the drink was good right if ice 5 stars

I attempted to order Chili Mac from this restaurant, but on two occasions, they sent me a burger and fries instead. This review is for the Steak 'n Shake location at the Dayton Mall. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, as the staff seems unable to take the correct orders!

The food quality was good, but it would have been much better if it had arrived warm. This wasn’t Steak 'n Shake's fault; the DoorDash driver delivered another order after picking mine up. As a result, the fries were ruined, and we all know how unappetizing microwaved bread can be.

The sandwich was cold, but the beef was cooked properly. The fries were completely undercooked and cold.

Upon entering, I appreciated the self-service kiosk system. The food was served promptly and tasted fresh and delicious. I also received a follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory with my order. I had my reservations about the changes to the Steak n' Shake menu, but it seems they are making adjustments that are reminiscent of previous successful strategies.
