Feedback gevenWorked in the gainesvilleLocation for three weeks until I realized I wasn’t gonna get paid for the first two weeks! This company and the whole management is the reason why they went bankrupt! Here’s to another mom and pop exploiting their employees. Also manager chris had a little temper tantrum and fired 5 people in one shift. Food aint even good, falls off after first bite.
You guys have had really good food, but this time it was well below average. Fries and chicken was soggy and rubbery. The service staff seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Also placed an order for pickup and gave showed up 10 min after the scheduled time and still waited for 10 min. Multiple times where they’ve messed up my order, saw them almost forget another guests fries, made the incorrect shake even though the receipt explicitly said chocolate. Also doesn’t seem AC works which is insane for how hot it has been here. Ownership you really need to get a grasp on things at this one, very disappointing experience.
Didn 't particularly knock my socks off but worthy of another try in the future.
I hyped myself up and was let down. We got 2 birdie bundles. The sandwiches were OK and moderately fresh, but the fries were over cooked and cold. The macaroni was cold. The soda was flat. There are much better places in T Town to grab a chicken sandwich. It's very underwhelming for the price. Especially when the food isn't hot.
Drove about 20 minutes there to purchase a gift card as a part of my friend’s birthday gift. She loves this place, she and her family eat there often. The cashier was very polite, unfortunately no one knew how to ring up/scan the gift cards. He did suggest that I could wait until the next shift arrived and they may be able to assist. Although I wasted 40 minutes. I’ll call back later because I know my friend would appreciate it.Update:It’s the next day and I called to make sure someone there could assist. I was told yes. I get there and a different cashier didn’t know how to do it. Fortunately someone else did. I got the gift card. If a manager or the owner sees this you may want to revisit training the cashiers. I will say that the staff was very polite. I thanked them all and gave them my suggestion to pass on.
