Jersey Mike's Subs - Miccosukee

This restaurant is my favorite in Tallahassee. I adore the atmosphere and efficiency. I frequently order online and one of the managers, I believe his last name is Thomas, always has my food prepared and is very friendly. I give this location a 10/10!

So I made a quote on Jersey Mike's that is on Blairstone and Capital Circle East, which I gave a bad with you due to the fact of lack of customer service. Yet I do not want to give up on this restaurant. Which I'm glad I did not. As soon as I walked into the Jersey Mike's on Mayhan I was greeted, serve, and given delicious food. The prices is decent and the people are very friendly. My daughter had a BLT and I had a Philly steak. If you want to go to a restaurant that serves Subs this is the place to go. Let me rephrase that this is a fantastic sub and restaurant. One must go. Tell them that a good review gave you the idea.

If you're thinking of ordering online around noon, think again. This is the second time this has happened to me. My wife placed an order for our two sandwiches at 12:18, but we didn't receive them until 1:10. I saw a whole lunch rush come and go before I finally got my order. I don't know how they are prioritizing online orders, but it's absurd. This time, I even went to a nearby Crumbl Cookies, placed and picked up an order of cookies, and still didn't have my sandwiches. Next time, I should probably just bring them home myself - I doubt they would have been ready even then.

I don't come to this location often, but today was an absolute mess. I hope it was an off-day due to short staffing and not their regular way of operating. I placed an online order at 11:45am with a pickup time of 12:01pm. I arrived at the pickup time and told them I was there and I was told it was being made . At 12:18pm, after seeing others receive their orders, I told them again and I heard them saying someone put my ticket in the wrong place. They then prioritized it but did a rush job and the sub was substandard quality. Again, this may have been an abnormal occurrence but I was disappointed.
