Newk's Eatery - Miccosukee

So, I tried Newk's Eatery today for the first time. I've never heard of it before. Most family and friends I've asked never heard of it, but I Google for vegan opinions, and there it was. There is not a vegan option, so I went vegetarian today and tried the Shrimp PoBoy. I must say I was not disappointed, it was delicious. Shrimp was perfectly seasoned, which made me completely forget the cocktail sauce. I truly enjoy this without. My friend had the Cheesesteak, which I couldn't tell if it was good or not by the way he messed over it and didn't say one way or the other, good or not. But it looked good. Now, the Stawberry Cake to me was out of this world. Not to much icing on it. Just the way I like it. All in all, I think they are great. I think you should try Newk's. The quality has gone down quite a bit. My wife and I both ordered sandwiches and they were both missing several ingredients. The sandwiches didn't have a lot of meat on them either. The sandwiches were cold as well.

Ordered the shrimp and arugula salad for takeout. A third of the arugula was dark and slimy. How could the food preparer not notice? Would you eat this?
