White Horse - Mid Suffolk

A while since we had been here, shortly after the current owners had taken over it The restaurant deserves a high praise. Two had the sea bass and one of the fish and chips. I had the wild pudding.. It was absolutely excellent and better than I paid twice as much for in some so-called Gastro pubs! The place was full up to the border and had an activated If a little loud) bar... but it is finally a pub selling food so expected. The staff was also under thirsty We will be DEFINITELY again well done White Horse.... You are a bit a clear winner on the spot in my humble assessment.

The white horse is an excellent pub, so it feels more like an upscale restaurant instead of a small village pub. Due to the decor, our host Katie, the attention to detail in every dish, and the atmosphere of a busy pub... it is a head and shoulders above the rest. I was recommended to have the sausages with Cavolo Nero, of which I had not even heard. But it was delicious. They seemed to have an event so that the bar was pretty busy, which was a little shame as we would have liked to sit in their living room. But we understand it wouldn't have helped. We'll see you soon, thank you.

The second time we have eaten here, eating absolutely beautiful and the lounge bar where we prefer to eat it is so cozy with two log burners. Service very attentive and friendly We will come back soon

Pie Night So tasty and well presented. The food and service was 100% , never had anything less, so lucky to have this in our village.
