Gaangchil - Mid Sussex

Amazing food, speedy delivery, delivered within 25 minutes to maidenbower. Was even given extra poppadoms.

Can management comment as to why this is.. i will not use again until a 5 rating is given this is shocking.

I have made 2 orders in 2 weeks and both have been 30 mins late on delivery and food then arrived cold. Disappointing.

I walked in and ordered butter chicken with pilau rice to take away. I will keep it short. This has got to be the worst butter chicken, or what is supposed to be butter chicken, that I tasted. It has absolutely nothing to do with butter chicken. They threw some boiled chicken together with coconut and something else. I am livid and vow to never go back to this place. Do yourself a favour and go to the Greyhound. Their food is absolutely delicious.

If you are staying at Copthorne hotel and want a takewaway without having to drive 20 minutes, then I recommend the Gaangchil. Nothing fancy about the place but the food is really good. Freshly ground spices, very nice fresh-tasting sauce. Reasonable prices. It's really worth a try. And while you're there, there is also a Spar supermarket where you can pick up any extra snacks you may need.
