Feedback gevenCame in to explain my sandwiches were made incorrectly. They're out every bread except honey wheat, didn't notify any customers of that fact until the sandwiches were already made. The manager cut me off saying she doesn't make mistakes. handed me mayo and mustard packets and told me to leave.
Amy was excellent. She was so nice and attentive. Kudos to Amy
They are out of pizza, pretzels, and soda. Plus, no ice. I think this location is going out of business. Plan accordingly or just go thirsty
Placed order on subway app. Went to pick up my order at 3:30 pm. Gates were closed . On the app it said my order was ready. I was able to open the gate and waited at the counter for 10 min as I heard someone washing dishes . I had to go behind the counter and the associate informed me that my subs were not made , that it was only her second day and that everyone walked out . She had no clue how to cancel my order. Subway app is no help in getting a refund . I want a refund
Wish they wore name tags... Whoever the old lady with red hair is- you should not be working in a customer service industry. Don 't know why they keep you around when you have the mannerisms of a wild boar... Will not be back. Too pricey for the service you pay for.
