Always good food! I used to eat the cheeseburgers and onion rings, but now it seems to me to give me cattle bugs. The deep-fried cheese bites are always so good that we order two sets so that we can have residues at home that heat well in the oven. The onion rings never let me down, they're so good! The chicken strips are better than those of 'B King'.

If you remember the ride in the restaurant with car buttons, you will feel at home. Food is always top notch. The only drawback is due to popularity, you need to wait up from an hour to your order. The waitress works out her proverbial butt, but the volume of customers was observed to be massive. They deserved every penny of all the tips.

A drive-in that takes cash or local controls. The food was hot, plentiful and delicious. You move in, someone comes to your car to get your order, then it will take you when it's done. As a supplement, you can buy a gallon freshly made root beer to take away.

All was great. I was hungry and ordered the chicken wings. I got 10 tender plump wings. Wish they had buffalo but only one flavor garlic butter. They were very good with 2 large packets of blue cheese dressing. Got a large portion of fries. I like them as they are a cross of a steak fry and reg fry. Very meaty and a very small portion of coleslaw which was good but only 3 bites and wish they had been a little colder. With this all being said. Waitress very friendly, I like how it was boxed and bagged instead of tray. I was very full and would recommend the wing dinner if you don't mind the garlic butter flavor. I'm a senior on SS budget so the 14.50 for dinner and 3.50 for large root beer (gotta have it). Total with tax and tip 23.00. I would suggest for a couple you could share the large portion and still be full (less the coleslaw). I love A&W and have since I was a kid. I will go back but probably not as often as I would like (only cause of cost) Burgers are great and 1/4 lb dogs. Big menu. Give it a try.

Great food and wonderful root beer floats are a given. Finding out they are cash only but told to just pay us back on you next visit since we only had $20 cash is going above and beyond (even though they had an ATM on premises) Wonderful friendly service!
