Today was the third or fourth time I've attempted to get a sandwich without being able to get one. Either they are out of coldcuts , bread, the credit card machine is down (constantly) or hey are only taking online orders. This will be my last time trying this location as it is so hot or miss.
This location really needs shutdown. I spent 15 min placing orders for all my kids paid online and drove all the way there for them to tell me it's cash only and no bread and no refunds until tomorrow. THERE IS 5 EMPLOYEES JUST HANGING OUT IN THERE..... Our economy isn't good at all to pay 5 employees and none of them can make a call to let anyone know there out of bread and also out of the 5 employees none of them can issue a refund. Its not 730 at night and I'm trying to figure out what we're going to eat. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the 1st time we was never issued a refund. Also they said cash only but yet my card was charged online.
This is by far the worst Subway I've ever experienced. Just left there and they had no bread, only Flatbread. It's 12:15 on a Thursday afternoon. Second day in a row at the same time. They normally are out of meats, veggies, etc. The only reason I come to this one is because it's the only subway in town now (the main street one closed, and at least they had workers who tried).The kids they have working during the day are especially rude as well, you'll be completely ignored for a solid 5 minutes by 3 of them.
Morning staff is really rude, cursed at me, their food is wilted and molding.
