Mcdonald's - Middlefield

This place is terrible! We waited for over 30 minutes for just two Happy Meals.

I placed my order using the mobile app while at home. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I only had to wait less than a minute to receive my food.

Let's face it. We've all had that one person we wish we could forget about and bury in the past. Well, this McDonald's is just like that person - annoying and persistent. But hey, when you're in a pinch, they'll always be there.

My son and I show up and after a long day on and after a fast lunch, just to observe the management, melt down swear and cuddle before the customers when their POS system went. the beginner-level workers treat the situation better than management did. Sad food was ok if they don't make it out to feed over $20 for 2 breakfast meals 2 people. also sad.

Person collecting the money doesn't know how to communicate. Teach your employees how to talk to others. Not just text.
