Holiday Inn Express Middlesboro, An Ihg

Clean rooms, in shower toiletries,self service guest laundry, adequate pool, popcorn and bottled water in the lobby and breakfast in the morning. Super friendly front desk staff, I quite enjoyed speaking with Abigail and Dion (at least I think that was their names). They both took a few minutes to speak with me about area activities. Great job y'all, sometimes great staff is all you need!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone vacationing in the gap.The rooms are nice, the staff are all super friendly and helpful.I had an issue with my room starting out, and they fixed it the same day.And we ate breakfast there because it was just as good as going elsewhere to eat and it's complementary so it makes sense.Next time we're up in the gap, we'll definitely be back here.

The room was nice and clean. However, the bathroom wasn't up to par. The shower doors were not working properly. They didn't think the soap containers through when placing the on the wall. Sink is not made for short (5' people. Lol I did take the concerns to the front desk and Abbigale and Dylan were very nice about listening. Breakfast was good also. Very nice people here.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff is amazing! The hotel is SUPER clean, has a great breakfast selection and the coffee is VERY good! The hotel is in a great location and has a great view of the mountains. Tons of restaurants and shopping locations all nearby.Our room was super clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for-coffee maker, fridge, flat screen TV's and a microwave. Oh, and the bed was super comfy!

We called this hotel after a terrible experience with a room a few miles away. Natalie helped me book a room immediately and was so very nice and accommodating. The room was so clean and comfortable, the breakfast attendant the next morning was so friendly. I honestly don’t use hotels often due to a couple of bad experiences and this experience restored my faith in hotels. The bar is definitely now raised. Thank you Natalie!
