Pizza Hut - Middlesboro

Horrible service. Didn't get or simple order right, told us the wrong price before ordering, took over an hour to get out pizza, waittress should not be waiting tables because she was rude, didn't know the right prices, or how to do her job. Horrible experience. We weren't the only ones who weren't happy with their experience tonight. Don't know who was managing this place but they weren't doing their job either! BUT.... I can say there was a waitress there who was doing a great job.... Brianna you are awesome. You worked twice the amount of tables and your people got their correct orders in a timely manner!

It took about ten minutes for our drinks to arrive. We ordered an appetizer of wings and two pizzas. The wings came out fairly quickly, but my father's pizza took about 20 minutes to arrive. The waitress brought it to our table and assured me that my pizza would be out soon. After asking her several times about the status of my order, I finally received my pizza 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, by the time I got it, the restaurant was closing, so I had to take it home and ended up eating lukewarm pizza. I truly don’t understand why the service was so slow, especially when the restaurant was mostly empty. Now I see why this place isn't highly recommended.

The service, food, and staff at this restaurant were all disappointing. When I ordered wings, I was shocked to be charged $0.55 for ranch dipping sauce. The sign clearly states that extra sauce is $0.55, but the staff seems to have a misunderstanding of what "extra" means. It feels like many of the employees are part of the unfortunate drug culture affecting the area. I would recommend avoiding this Pizza Hut.

This restaurant is fantastic with excellent service. Despite being less busy, the staff went above and beyond to provide an incredible experience. It was definitely worth dining here!
