Two members of our group, who are vegetarian, found plenty of appealing choices on the menu. The food we ordered, ranging from several starters to dessert, was absolutely delicious. We were taken aback by the generous portion sizes; I've been to other restaurants where the size of the starter would have been comparable to a main dish. A couple of people in our group struggled with the amount of food they received—definitely hearty, home-cooked "man-sized" portions! As for the vegetarian options, my friends were very pleased with the variety available. Regarding parking, there is a spacious lot next to the restaurant, which fills up quickly, but there is also street parking available. I didn't notice any children's menus, but I did see families dining with children. In terms of cost, we spent around £20–30 per person. Excellent pub! I stopped by for a Sunday roast and was impressed by the delicious food and generous portion sizes.

Flawless experience! Barman Alex was exceptional, even on such a busy night. He made sure to bring my mother a piece of chocolate fudge cake so we could celebrate her birthday and see her blow out the candle. The waitress was very polite as well.
