Demaggios Pizzeria - Middlesbrough

I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but tonight was disappointing. The parmo was delicious, but the cookie dough I ordered was far from impressive. It was essentially two burnt cookies that were inedible due to how charred and terrible they smelled. I can't believe they were actually sent out in that condition. I ended up throwing them away. I even took photos of the cookies.

This restaurant serves the best pizza in Middlesbrough, it was a pleasant surprise and deserves a 5-star rating.

I'll start with a positive note - the food at this restaurant is really good. However, there is a major issue with getting the correct order. Despite having initially positive experiences and leaving a 5-star review, there is now a staff member who struggles with taking phone orders. While he prepares the food well, he constantly gets the orders wrong and even repeating them doesn't help. It seems like the only way to get what you want is to call and ask him to make something for you. Mistakes are made every time and there is no effort to correct them, such as calling back later when the customer is already home. Additionally, being told that the deal doesn't include what was ordered, despite the staff member taking the order themselves, is not a valid excuse for errors. After three disastrous experiences, we will not be returning to this restaurant. It's a shame because the food is delicious. To the manager/owner, I would suggest hiring competent staff to support your business. Your product is excellent, but the frontline staff is letting it down.

Great food! Pizza was better than dominoes, best donner meat we've had and fed 3 of us for £23 with left overs and a drink too.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Ordered and half the order was missing, along with a snotty driver, they promised the rest of the food and upon arrival demanded the first half back. Manager is snotty so is the driver. Disgraceful service and am still hungry. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! RE
