Mcdonald's - Middlesbrough

As it is in the central area of Middlesbrough as you would expect every lunch time it is absolutely manic!Expect very large ques and often when I have visited there has been meal mix ups. However they do all they can to help resolve this.There’s additional seating upstairs which is badly needed as it can be difficult to find a space but these tables often never get cleared by lazy customers or busy staff so you may end up clearing up after somebody else!Unlike some McDonald's restaurants they are very accommodating with student discount, if this applies to you. They use it without quibble.All in all though it's not bad compared to some and its problem of being busy and longish waiting times should be expected due to its central location. Avoid peak times and this should not be a problem.

Eating of mcd is always great, but the best part is the unexpected service we see shocked. the personal was really nice and efficient. my order, which was shown in the picture below, was finished in only 5 as asserted by the executive! the fresh fries and burgers were great. the soft servier vanila mc swril with chocolate dimmer was delicious. parking was spacious. if they are a MacD lover, they should visit atleast once.

The food was decent and offered good value for the price. The restaurant is budget-friendly and has a very spacious dining area. It tends to be very busy during lunch hours. However, it is more likely to win a lottery than to be able to purchase a milkshake from here.

McDonald's these days, depending on the restaurant you go to is pretty hit and miss. Due to covid the new automated system they've implemented, initial customer service has taken a serious downturn. I ordered today a chicken legend barbecue sauce a small fries, didn't gave to wait long. I asked the server for a sour cream chive sauce, I was given 2 sweet curry sauces, so had to reiterate for him. The fries were luke warm at best, and the very lovely lady on front of house replaced them for me. I genuinely never complain unless there's a huge reason to do so, so I just enjoyed my meal as best I could. The legend was not hot, just warm, and the chicken came off in strips, it's not a chicken breast at all. But that's McDonald's. Like I say it's hit miss, and of course I'll keep going back, because the experience at different restaurants always differs. I do tend to find that the front of house staff are always lovely and attentive, generally middle aged folk who understand the concept of talking, understanding etc, whereas the counter kitchen tend to be younger people who still have a little way to go regarding engaging understanding customers.
