Mcdonald's Restaurants - Middlesbrough

Me and my girlfriend wanted a McDonald's for tea this evening, to take away and eat at mine. When my dad came back from picking up the order. Our meals were stone cold and not even cooked properly/hot. My girlfriends meal had to be put into the microwave for a 20 seconds because it was stone cold. Its an absolute disgrace and a joke that this McDonald's are so lazy and can't even cook their food so its hot for the customers to eat at home. My 3 plain cheese burgers with extra cheese were stale beef burgers with not melted cheese on them, i wasn't happy and refused to finish the 3rd burger. From this bad experience, my girlfriend will never having anything from this McDonald's ever again. To be honest I agree with her and won't be having a McDonald's myself. The food was stone cold and only cooked for 5-10 minutes. Avoid this McDonald's if possible, because I've had multiple experiences with this one this year myself. A waste of money. 0/10

I placed an order this morning from here via Uber eats. My order eventually arrived but freezing cold and my drink was practically empty had spilled all over the bag. I rang the store and got told to contact Uber, I contacted Uber and their service is appalling also. I am so disappointed I will not be ordering via online nor bringing custom into store.

After the football at Riverside, only a Macky D will suffice. No problems ordering and food arrived hot and fresh. Marvellous

Superb and plenty of parking. App went wrong and a brilliant girl sorted it by taking our order ad doing it inside she was so helpful. Food delivered to our car no messing and of course typical McD food. Very impressed

Have visited this outlet off on for a while, but sadly it seem's to continue be on a downward spiral. A very long wait for food that was upon arrival cold, is quite a difficult trick to pull off. The fries were just plain wrong.No napkins or sugar in the dispenser, no milk with the tea (so back to the counter) Tables remain uncleared, floor dirty (despite it being quiet) just added to the overall ambience. Difficult to know whats exactly gone wrong (change of manager? poor morale? poor training of new starter's) but until the reviews pick up we will continue into town.
