Pizza Kingdom - Middlesbrough

Pizza Kingdom, now known as Napolita, recently underwent a name change after being sold a year ago. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since I was 16, but I was disappointed with the changes that came with new ownership. The layout of the shop had changed, the quality of equipment had deteriorated, and the food was subpar. My burger, which used to be delicious, was now rubbery and tasteless, with cheap ingredients. The portions were smaller and the overall experience was disappointing. After so many years of patronage, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I am glad to see it rebranded as Napolita, as it no longer lives up to its former reputation. Rest in peace, Pizza Kingdom.

I want to make note that when I removed the salad from the bag, it was extremely wet and caused a mess all over me. The parmo also leaked through the container due to the lack of grease-proof paper. It was quite unexpected to have to change my leggings because of a salad spill. Additionally, my order was missing the garlic sauce. Just a heads up.

We often order food from this local pizza shop and have it delivered to our house. Our orders always arrive hot and the prices are the best in the area compared to other pizza shops we have tried. Delivery is quick, usually taking no longer than 30-45 minutes.
