Scooter's Coffee - Middleton

On a positive note, they offered me the coffee drink for free instead of charging me again, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I tried it, it was terrible. I asked the person at the counter if they had a policy like Starbucks where they would replace a drink if you didn't like it, and she confirmed that they would. However, after waiting about five minutes, another staff member came to ring me up for the replacement drink and informed me that it was her manager's policy to charge for it. In the end, I ended up paying $14 for a drink that I didn't like and returned it, leaving without a new coffee. As a single mom of five, my bank account is now overdrawn, and I'm likely to incur an overdraft fee since the refund isn't instant like the initial charge. I'm incredibly disappointed. It's rare for me to indulge in an expensive coffee, and this experience was very frustrating.

I really enjoyed my visit! I ordered a spicy sausage everything bagel sandwich along with an Americano. The sandwich was warm and flavorful, while the Americano had a rich and fresh taste. I will definitely be returning!

This place has always outshined Starbucks, thanks to its fast and friendly staff. I’m really happy there's at least one location here in this part of Wisconsin! Coming from Nebraska, where you can find them on nearly every corner, we really missed them. They offer fantastic drinks, high-quality coffee, and amazing flavors. Great job, Scooters!

I just spent over $5 on a cup of coffee that was only three-quarters full and lukewarm. When I got home and tried to microwave it, I discovered that the paper cup wasn’t microwave-safe and it nearly caught fire. To make matters worse, the cup didn’t have any indication that it shouldn’t be microwaved. Lesson learned!

The nitro cold brew here is fantastic, both in flavor and the way it energizes you. We decided to go inside instead of using the drive-through, which is a rare choice for us, and we were pleasantly surprised. The guy at the counter was exceptional, and the atmosphere was enhanced by great music in this charming little spot with only a few tables.
