Buffalo Wild Wings - Middletown

We had a wonderful experience! Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was a lot of fun and really made our visit memorable for my boyfriend, his friend, and me. We've been coming here to relax, and it's always a pleasant time. We love this place! The wings are incredible, and the drinks are absolutely fantastic!

The atmosphere at BWW is always vibrant, especially during major games. The food is excellent, and it's a great place for fun times.

I've visited this restaurant countless times, but it seems to keep declining. Tonight, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which was fine – they had about six open tables, but I understand the need to manage seating. However, we were finally seated after 25 minutes, which I could overlook. Once we sat down, we noticed an empty table to our left. Ten minutes passed without a waiter or waitress in sight. Then, a family with four young kids was seated next to us. Five minutes later, their waiter arrived, chatted with them, and took their drink order. Another five minutes went by, and when I asked that waiter if he was ours, he replied that he wasn't. Over the next ten minutes, several wait staff walked by our table, but nobody acknowledged us. After a total of 30 minutes without service, we decided to leave. I was really looking forward to their wings, but luckily there are fifteen other restaurants nearby, so we went somewhere else.
