I miss several items from our order. missing two orders of celery and no ranch dressing for the wing orders. no marinara for the cheese sticks. no pico de gallo, salsa or southwestern ranch for nachos and wobble rings. these were listed on the online order and the yellow order form was glued on the bag. Maybe they should start with the checked by space on the yellow order form. obviously someone didn't check the order. very disappointed.
I love buffalo wild wings, but the service is terrible. we ordered food. it was accepted to be ready 8:10 clock, we came at 8:11. only half of my order was bagged and it is cold. they also missed 20 wings. So we had to wait a while to eat the already bagged. they are all evil, and after I went there every week, I am done after this trip forever. I'm very disappointed.
Went to buy gift certificates. purchased $50.00 worth, but was charged a $0.99 execution fee! would have bought this anywhere, but wanted to support the local business. pity for this practice!
Really bad customer service, called to make an order and they didn't even let me talk, just told me that they couldn't take my order because they were under occupation, I understand that but a little treat people nice, not just hang the phone in them.
I didn’t even want to give them to start a walk in there to servers pass by my table and don’t say anything that will be right with you sorry about the wait nothing. Then all They have on the tables far as menu is the scan bar whatever and the drink menu and then when you try to load the menu on your phone I’ll give you a sandwich. Seriously if you don’t like your job quit because nobody’s going to tip you with that kind of service
