Dunkin' - Middletown

Let's begin with the iced coffee which was made incorrectly and had no straw. The buttered bagel I ordered had no butter and wasn't even cut. To top it off, they forgot an entire box of donuts. Making coffee, buttering a bagel, and counting out 25 munchkins must be rocket science at this place. This is hands down the worst place to order from. I would have gone to the other Dunkin if I could. They definitely deserve a 0 star rating.

You can't go wrong with a cup of hot chocolate to warm up on a chilly day.

It was a difficult decision to make. After a long day of work and overhearing the staff loudly complaining about their manager and owner, I was ready to leave. I wanted to pick up some coffee for myself and my group, which cost around $80. The restaurant wasn't busy, with no other customers inside except for me at the register - everyone else was in the drive-thru line. Finally, when they noticed me holding cash, they sent a new employee to assist me. I thanked them, left, and drove to a different location in Montgomery where the staff was polite. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it's not right to take it out on a loyal customer with money by ignoring them. I could see that the employees were probably underpaid, which I can empathize with as I also worked in the food industry when I was younger. It's a tough business, but you have to maintain professionalism even when things are tough. I rate this restaurant five stars, because who would read a review if I had given them just one star?

The blond, hairy guy who works at the drive-thru around 3 o'clock is extremely nice! In fact, all of the staff members are very friendly.
