Golden Corral - Middletown

What a wonderful experience we had on Sunday! The food was absolutely delightful. We loved the idea of each tray having small portions, which helped keep everything fresh! I’m not sure if that was by design, but it certainly had a positive effect. The only thing we wished for was some ice cream. We can't wait for our next visit!

I went to Golden Corral today with my mom to celebrate her birthday, and we decided to give it another chance after a long break due to some not-so-great experiences in the past. To our delight, the food and service were truly outstanding! A special thank you to James, the assistant manager, for his fantastic efforts in enhancing the quality at Golden Corral. I'd also like to highlight Kasey for her cheerful personality and her attentiveness in checking on us to make sure we were having a great time. She even brought my steak directly to the table! The service was exceptional, and they truly deserve a raise and recognition from their manager.

An American classic that's starting to fade. The staff at this restaurant were friendly and welcoming. You can expect traditional American "home-cooked" dishes, such as pot roast, buttery corn, brisket, pulled pork, peach cobbler, cake, tater tots, mashed potatoes, greens, a variety of gravies, peas, sweet potatoes, nachos, tacos, fried chicken, shrimp, bacon, and a seemingly endless selection of salads, dressings, and fixings. With some updates to the menu, décor, and branding to better align with contemporary culture, this charming chain could be revitalized and reclaim its former glory.
