Orange County Bagel Bakery - Middletown

The sausage and cheese dish I had for breakfast was delicious, however, the customer service left much to be desired. The woman who took my order over the phone was rude, talked about me, and got my name wrong before abruptly hanging up. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I realized she had written it down incorrectly, causing a delay. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he simply stated that she doesn't understand well and sometimes writes things illegibly. This lack of communication and care was incredibly frustrating.

Bobo's Restaurant is possibly the best in the entire country. It is a landmark in the Hudson Valley and a safe bet for a great dining experience.

Very busy place and rightfully so! Awesome bagels, fantastic, not so ordinary menu, so many delicious choices and interesting sandwich combos. If you get the chance, eat here! Dine in or take out. Breakfast and Lunch.

Service is good but the bagels are not doughy on the inside like your classic boiled New York style bagel, they taste like they’re just baked like bread.
