I thought a café would be a great spot to grab a cup of coffee, but this one didn't meet my expectations! I ordered a small house blend for a little over $2, and describing it as mediocre would be quite generous—it was pretty disappointing. On a positive note, the environment is lovely; the café is spacious, well-designed, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. It definitely attracts a trendy crowd, especially with all the affluent students from nearby Wesleyan University. However, parking is quite a challenge; I noticed that only metered parking is available. I get the impression that for the students, the ambiance matters more than the quality of food and drink, and they'll likely keep coming back, spending their parents' money. As for me, I won't be returning.

Not many vegan options... The only protein option they have for sandwiches is hummus, and most of the time they don't have any in stock! Pretty disappointing to drive all the way there to realize they don't have anything you want to eat. All the other food is good, if a little pricey. Yummy smoothies and soup

Good student cafe with well made sandwiches and a great selection of drinks and sides. Service is friendly and quick, and on the weekends the seats are usually filled with students. Great place to grab a bite to go!

This is an ideal spot for students to grab a bite to eat, relax, and study. The student staff members are exceptionally professional.
