Food was lovely. But very understaffed. And the ones that were working were very slow. Swatched 3 lots of people walked out , after standing for ages...

Went there last night, was not a good experience. My friend and I love the Frankie and Bennys chain, but this will be one branch that we will not be...

Went at 10pm Friday night biggest mistake of my life....food comes out no coleslaw sweet potato fries covered in grease and all the scraps of greasy...

Visited on a Monday, quite busy , waited a while for order to be taken. Had a 33% off coupon so cant have free kids or 9.95 menu.
