Village Pizza

Ordered online twice and was charged twice. Both orders declined but money was taken both times tried phoning several times and no answer. They do beautiful pizzas but customer service is rubbish.

I requested a thin and crispy peporoni pizza and fries. I received a fat pizza with fries very little pepperoni and a alot salt and flavouring not nice at all. When I phoned to complain they where very dismissive and wanted to charge for the fries. Really sorry I ordered.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a £22 Order and it took 2 hours to arrive, the driver admitted he had it in the car for over 25 minutes. Freezing cold food, and cheese was sticky. I called and said please collect this food and refund my money and was refused. This is why they only take card payments, so that they can't refund you , because they pretend they don't know how to do it. Totally disgusting. Please don't waste money here, use The FLAMING GRILL... that's a good service and perfect pizza.

Used to use this place all the time.made the nicest pizzas ever.the last 2 occasions I’ve ordered pizza they’ve been the worst so I’ve just this minute ordered domino’s, give them a tryOnce bitten twice shy

I'm upping my previous review as under duress I got more pizza from here and it was pretty good. I must have caught them on a bad day prevously.Hopefully they'll earn the last stars from me with a thin, crispy base instead of floppy.
