Eccentric Brewing Company - Midland

I was going to give them 4 stars, for allowing a really horrible comic to perform there. But I'm for free speech, and even though I thought his jokes were inappropriate, I'll give them a pass. Inappropriate jokes are fine, btw, so long as they'refunny. These were not. This guy bombed for 15 minutes straight. It was hard to watch. Anyway, after thinking about it, maybe thevenue didn't know how bad he was. Also, there was another comic, Valdez Valdez, who was pretty decent, so it was fine. Anyway,that's just the atmosphere. As far as the brews go, they were also 4 stars. They also didn't have much variety on tap. Which isalso fine, so long as you like at least one of their beers, which my girl and I both found ones we liked. Everyone else seemedpretty happy with theirs as well. The price was a little high $27 for 3 beers plus tip. I tip 20%, so if you want to do themath, you can figure out how much the beer was. Furthermore, I was told one of the beers wouldn't be charged to my card. I toldthem they should, but they still said they wouldn't. Idk. It's fine, but why say you will take it off if you aren't going to? Inany case, overall 4 stars. So, why am I making this review a 5 star rating, then? It's different, and I like different. Also, Ithink they have potential to grow and expand on their beer options. I, personally, would love to see a sour and wild ale on tap.Or just more options with more diverse options in general. EDIT: Response to the response Hey, thanks for replying! Yes, therewere a lot of beers, they all just seemed very similar in taste profile. Maybe I just happened to taste 3 that were verysimilar, idk. As for the comic, it was the last guy of the night. Not trying to be a hater I know some people are juststarting out and need the opportunity to get up and work out their set. Cheers!

Great beer and great people! Everything your looking for from stouts to seltzers that are all amazing

Not really a beer drinker but my coworker wanted to try this place out and I can definitely say that I actually enjoyed their varieties they had. It was a very unique place that is worth checking out. They usually have food trucks and live music.

Great local brewery! Craft beer at its finest. Coming to or through Midland check it out. West Texas Gold and peanut butter/jelly stout were both incredible. Small format, very local! Staff were awesome!

No sign when you pull up, but don't miss your opportunity! This small-town brewery is so cozy, friendly, and full of life all at once! You will feel welcomed regardless of where you come. Food trucks, beer, and live music Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Wegot lucky finding this gem! P.s. there is even a gluten-free option for those in need
