Fujiyama Sushi More - Midland

We visited Fujiyama for the first time and had a great experience! Sushi restaurants in the area can be hit or miss, but we definitely plan to return to Fujiyama. I ordered the Tempura Crunch Roll with crab, and it was absolutely delicious! I also tried the complimentary miso soup, which was fantastic. The atmosphere was dark and calm, creating a soothing environment.

Probably one of the most interesting atmospheres I had in a restaurant that didn't cost me my first born child. The area is with relaxing music and a friendly atmosphere, the staff are ready to help and love to get to know their customers. The food was great, some of the best sushi I had, reminded me of my favorite place for sushi back home. I will visit this place in the future. The two roles I got were the Fuji Roll and Firecracker (left to right). Large selections only to test the waters of this joint, but remember, the firefighter has a kick. Those who attack spices should stay away! But for the rest I will definitely recommend it.

Food is always delicious, everytime I've gone I've gotten excellent service. The staff is always sweet and helpful and this is easily my favorite sushi restaurant in the whole Midland-Odessa area

I’ve visited many sushi restaurants, but this was the first time I experienced food poisoning. The food and sushi were tasty, but about an hour later, I found myself in the bathroom feeling unwell. One of the sushi rolls I tried had an odd taste and an unusual color. I’m certain it came from this restaurant, as it was the only thing I’d eaten all day.

The first time here with my husband who was multiple. He says the egg rolls are the best he ever had in his whole life. We had the middle country rolling it was delicious! I tried the roasted noodle lunch special, also delicious!
