Fujiyama Sushi More - Midland

Probably one of the most interesting atmospheres I had in a restaurant that didn't cost me my first born child. The area is with relaxing music and a friendly atmosphere, the staff are ready to help and love to get to know their customers. The food was great, some of the best sushi I had, reminded me of my favorite place for sushi back home. I will visit this place in the future. The two roles I got were the Fuji Roll and Firecracker (left to right). Large selections only to test the waters of this joint, but remember, the firefighter has a kick. Those who attack spices should stay away! But for the rest I will definitely recommend it.

The first time here with my husband who was multiple. He says the egg rolls are the best he ever had in his whole life. We had the middle country rolling it was delicious! I tried the roasted noodle lunch special, also delicious!

Food is always delicious, every time I'm gone, I have excellent service. The staff is always sweet and helpful and this is just my favorite sushi restaurant throughout the Midland-Odessa area

We visited for the first time it was good! It seems that sushi places hit and miss in the area, but we will be back to fujiyama! I have the Tempoura crunch roll with crabs it was delicious!! I also tried the free miso soup it was awesome! The atmosphere was dark calm, but soothing.

Amaxing service. I asked a few questions and they were answered by a very knowledgable staff. The food all came out quick. Best sushi I've had in town. Love the pan fried dumplings. I will definitely be coming back again and again.
