Genghis Grill - Midland

I went to the restaurant before work to grab a bite to eat. It took a while to be served, but once I was, the bartender was very friendly. I ordered cauliflower and noodles.

The first time we visited the Midland location, we immediately regretted our decision. We had to wait a long time to be seated and even longer to receive our drinks and food. The cook also took much longer than expected.

The manager forgot about my order and never brought me my food, and the service was terrible with a 20-minute wait for a to-go box, even though the waitstaff were friendly.

The buffet-style meat section allows you to choose your own meat, fish, or seafood, along with your preferred seasoning and sauce. It is then cooked right in front of you, next to your chosen side dish, and served piping hot. Delicious!

This restaurant offers a unique dining experience where you can create your own dish by choosing ingredients, spices, and sauces. The chef then cooks it in front of you to perfection, allowing you to specify how well done you'd like your meal. I highly recommend this place, which is conveniently located next to the Las Cruces mall.
