The staff is super friendly and make you feel like family. The shakes are amazing and very cost effective. They are cheaper then buying lunch anywhere else. This is a great place to take your family and get food that is healthy and delicious.

The owners Cheryl and Steve are fantastic. They treat you as family and not as a customer. Also they will help coach you thru your weigh loss journey.

The coffee caramel shake she recommended was absolutely incredible! I felt fantastic sipping on it! I’m definitely skipping Taco Bell today after enjoying this shake. While I was on the road, I had been craving protein shakes, and this one was way better than the ones I make myself.
