Little Caesar's Pizza - Midland

Today we have Pizza and Ryan L has seen one of the best jobs in a fast food restaurant. He is polite and very well gifted I am very satisfied with my experience.

I haven't eaten a Little Caesars pizza in YEARS!! I was intrigued by the Calzony. I placed my order, it was ready in 10 minutes. For a quick inexpensive dinner, the Calzony was great, very little pizza sauce in the center and a white cheesy sauce (I think it's a sauce but not certain) in the calzone parts, it was tasty. The service was fast and friendly.

It was awful! I went to pick up a courtesy pizza because our last order was so messed up. It took them three more trys to get it right. These mistakes are a big issue for someone with food allergies. The lack of concern and professionalism was appalling.

Pickup was easy with the automated system. The pizza was hot and fresh. It was just classic little caesars. I also love that they do NOT use corn meal which some locations do. This alone will make me come back to this location.

Review is for South Saginaw Rd Store only. Been ordering here for several years. Stopped for awhile due to Covid-19. I started ordering out again, early as last week which was great. Been ordering The Bestest Pepperoni Pizza. Today was gross when I opened it. Not a expert but I can guarantee it was unsold from last night. Dry, they added a few Pepperoni on top that was NOT burnt like the rest after they reheated it. Dried out, actually slices were cooked back together. During this time of uncertainty. You would expect better, and most certainly cleaner food. I called and they offered a free pizza. Which is nice. But this is Bad practice and they lost my trust keeping things clean.
