Feedback gevenWe are always happy about food and service at Logan. The servers are attentive and friendly. Occasionally, their hosts are absent from their station and you end up standing to wait unnecessary. Personal thanks for regular butter with their rolls instead of cinnamon butter. I don't enjoy cinnamon bread before my meal. We will definitely return for another great food experience.
I'm a real foodman I've been serving since I was 10 and earned employees in the applied science of culinary art and my Hubby loves to eat as well as lol.. I felt the front of the house was friendly, but didn't seem so in it. The food was served in perfect timing fresh rolls, fresh salad and then hot steamy potato and steak. I was impressed that waited outside waitress that we cut into steak to see that it was cooked to our pleasure.. I appreciate the service and the food was good. The only thing I felt was not great that we decided to try the 8,99 duck that comes with two free sides. I used my military rebate and paid my Hubby. I saw on the receipt that to use my military discount that we have only 2 dollars in change for our pages instead of 4 dollars in savings. This happened after I asked and found out that I can always get my discount without a voucher or promo code. I just felt a little upset. We'll try a steakhouse next week.
Someone once told me don 't judge a book by its cover. When I rolled in for a visit to this Logan 's, I noticed that two Logan 's Roadhouse signs had lights out. To me, this was a lack of attention to curbside appeal. Something as easy as exterior maintenance and presentation should be paramount for a business. Despite the initial lack of impression and appeal, I decided to stroll inside for a couple of cold ones after a long day of travel. About 20 minutes after belly ing up to the bar, I was asked what I wanted to drink. Another 10 minutes after that I had a cold beer in hand strike two. The wait staff was friendly enough, but not super attentive. One good thing I will add is that the place didn 't force me out at closing (10 PM) and allowed me to stay while they cleaned up. I 'm not going to blast this Logans as others have done, but admit that I observed some of the same issues others did. I understand that good help is hard to find, especially in Midland TX, but I believe the issues I encountered is a management issue. P.S. I won 't be contacting a 800 number for a free gift. I hope the owner sees these negative reviews as an opportunity to improve their brand at this location, starting with finding a new manager.
Waited 15 minutes, 4 diners there, had three waitstaff just stare at us, so we just went on into the bar and sat down, thought maybe that was how it was. Finally got waited on, but got chewed out because we didn't wait to be seated. RUDE. Ordered a beer, she asked what we wanted to order, we said we hadn't seen a menu. She said, well if you would have waited to be seated you would gave one! We should've walked out then. Anyway, 10 minutes we saw our beer sit there on the bar...only 4 people in this restaurant...then after we ordered, it was ONE HOUR before we got our very COLD MEAL. I have NEVER been treated so rudely, been so ignored by staff standing around talking in an empty restaurant in my life. And if you call this picture a potato skin...HA!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! I try to go to different places in Midland to review, which is why we went there, but it was a big mistake. Do NOT waste your time or money.. everything we got was cold, under-cooked or overcooked and we were treated like vagrants!!!
Waited for a hostess for 15 mins to great us which she didn't). Was than told to follow the server to be seated. Was than told to wait at the front until the tables are cleaned. Waited for another ten mins, to find the server chatting away with her staff. I help myself to my seat seats were filthy), so i had to wipe them down myself. Drinks took 15 mins to arrive and the silverware were dirty. The food was disgusting. We asked for well cooked steaks and they brought the steak out burnt and ****. I asked for the manager Carrie) and explained my frustration... well she can care less because she went to the kitchen hiding. Don't waste your hard earned money here. The food is just as nasty as the staff. This location needs to be shut down.
