Michael's Charcoal Grill - Midland

This place is great. I got the tenderloin n it was so tender I ate it w a fork. There is alot of seating n space inside. Salad bar has alot of options.. Great service and freidndly staff.

The barbecue was delicious! We ordered the three-meat plate for $30, which we shared, and the portions were excellent. Our son had the King Kong Hamburger and said it was fantastic. The staff was helpful and polite. We visited on a weekday, so the place was empty and quiet. There’s also seafood on the menu, including shrimp, tilapia, and catfish, which we didn’t try this time but plan to on our next visit. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

The burgers were unappetizing, and I couldn't even finish the onion rings. The chili cheese fries tasted like something from a discount store. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant!

If you're an aviation enthusiast who loves All-American burgers and find yourself in Midland, you can't go wrong with Michael's Charcoal Grill. I tried the King Kong burger and honestly, I wasn't fully prepared for what I was about to experience or why it cost over $20. It was the largest burger I've ever encountered! The charcoal flavor really stood out, as if it had just come off your own backyard grill. The beef was incredibly delicious—not the bland, tasteless meat you often find elsewhere. The veggies were fresh and added to the overall experience. I would rate this burger a perfect 10, and not just because of the flavor. It's definitely a meal to share, so bring a friend—or a few lighter eaters—because it's more than enough to satisfy anyone!
