Midland Brewing Company

Dining here was an excellent experience! The food was fresh, flavorful but not in a showy way, and the beer was delicious. I also appreciated that there weren't an abundance of TVs, the chairs were comfy, and the lighting was subdued while still lighting up the room.We dined here in the midst of our travels across the country, and I was relieved to have such a scrumptious meal in such a delightful atmosphere. Our server, John, was attentive and polite. The three other workers at the bar and bringing food were also professional and friendly. Definitely consider coming here!

A great brewery with good food in Midland.We stopped for dinner on the way home from up north. We had passed Midland Brewing Company once before when in Midland and decided to check it out this time.The atmosphere inside is really nice, they have a nice bar.The patio outside is really nice. It has plenty of shade and is open on the sides.The service was OK. The hostess was nice. Both servers were nice but I say BOTH because half way through dinner our server swapped without any explanation. If something came up I totally understand, but I feel a soft handoff in that situation would be appropriate. Also someone came by before our food came out and asked us if we were done with our beers and sort of leaned in as if to take them. Super odd, as we're just sitting outside enjoying our beers while waiting for dinner to come out.The beers were all really good. We especially enjoyed the sour. The food was also good. We had the sweet potato tots and brussel sprouts to start and they were both great.We split the pulled pork nachos and they were good. I love that they used that fake processed nacho cheese. Hits me right in the childhood.Overall we had a good time, just a few bazaar hiccups. Still would recommend.

Went on a Sunday(that's why I had a waffle option ?)Really cool atmosphere, if you like beers this is your place!! Lots and lots of different flavors and options. I'm personally not a drinker, more of a eater...and they hit the mark. Sundays have breakfast options-the banana waffle 5 stars!Lots of seating. There is a outside patio when weather is nice. Bar seating as well.Pricing average.Casual dress.Bathrooms clean.Service quick and friendly!!

We stopped in for a sandwich, appetizer and cocktail after waiting around the hospital for 13 hours. We got there at 8:45 p.m. not realizing how late it was. Having worked in food service I didn 't want to be those people . We were greeted by our server Lucas. He was just as pleasant and accommodating as if we were there right after they had opened and not when they were about to close. Absolutely amazing food and even better service. Lucas never left us wanting for anything and was very pleasant and funny. I would recommend MBC to anyone, and please go see Lucas for a great experience in dining. Thank you again MBC and Lucas!

Service??? You’d have to be seated to rate the service. Such a example of poor management leading to poor customer service. Showed up with a party to celebrate elder parent’s birthday. Staff was obtuse to the concept of service or even caring about the concept of a family wanting to share dining experience together.Unfortunately the entire family voted on going elsewhere instead of being served by staff that seemed aloof to the term of hospitality or the tip that would come with a party willing to celebrate at their restaurant. The restaurant was only 50% occupied and hopefully stays that way!!
