Nothing Bundt Cakes - Midland

On Wednesday an order abandoned, picked up on Saturday, the girl that was there, I think her name was claire was the only one there and was very busy. she made a great task to take care of everyone and did it very quickly, she even helped me take my order to the car, even with a series of people!

I really like their cake and I wasn't long in the time, but today we celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday so I stopped getting a bunkt cake. I went in and the first thing I saw was a display with a 2 etagen cake with a decorative piece on top. I went to the counter and looked at the menu and clear as day says it scratched cake food 26 decorated $66. So I say to the girl, that's what I want, fed the cake flavor, cultivated a blue flower and she asked what I wanted and pointed to some topper who say birthday maid or happy birthday. I told her that the happy birthday is in order. then they go to me and it's $78... I asked why and they said the decorations are $12 and I went on to tell her that their menu says $66 for a decorated bound cake. the 2 girls began to tell me it does not include any decoration. I then ask why the menu is decorated. their answer was that is only not what it is and continue to tell me an 8” is $27 and a 10” is $37 added to $66. I told them that actually only $64 and that the menu says it is $66 for a decorated bound cake. they all laughed and questioned why I asked what they charged me, and I told them I'm just telling them what their menu says. Finally, I asked the owners to call me and give me the cake and ended only a 1 and 7 candle leaving the decoration. I didn't want to argue about what her menu says and she laughs like it was a kind of sweat. I really like the cake, but I will probably not be back, the customer service needs great work, it was rude and unprofessional to ask why I asked their prices when the menu is very clear. if I had paid for a 10" decorated cake, I would have got the same funnel. I didn't make their prizes, they did, and they should have appreciated the prizes!

The cake tasted really good. the woman who helped us in the load was not very friendly. so much we have paid for the cake (we have a 10 and they only wrap it in transparent plastic, I didn't like it because the icing stuck it firmly. I was honestly expecting it to be in a cardboard or plastic container. we could get a cake in the future, but I was not very impressed by the presentation.

I just ordered a cake from there and the young woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and sounded annoyed. I think she forgot that we do not have to order from there but instead we choose to. My card has already been ran, but sadly you have lost a long time customer.
