Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Midland

Wow, the sandwich was fantastic! I loved it. If the original didn’t have such a big portion, I might have tried to eat less. However, I did have a couple of issues: first, I had to clean my own table. Once it was clean, the staff finally came out to tidy up the rest of the place. The second issue was that there was no ice available, so I had to drink warm bottled water. But despite this, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Solid sandwich, solid price. No hairs and served perfection. Recommend the steakhouse beef! The blue cheese in it is beautiful and so perfect. This little store will not disappoint, your wallet or your stomach!

The first time. They were very patient with my indecisive self! And they were very nice too! The food was good too! I could say that the meat is freshly cut daily because it left me without a liquid reaction! Love it will go back!

They closed early on the day that we were picking up catering. One of the employees showed up at our designated pick up time to give us our order. Great customer service and really friendly.

The staff is exceptional—friendly and always willing to assist. They provide a level of customer service that's rare to find. The sandwiches are also quite good.
