Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Midland

I love eating there but....they are getting skimpy with the main meat dishes and salads. For instance, the grilled chicken salad only had four little pieces of chicken, but I had gobs of lettuce!!!!. Same with the Tacos al Carbon, two pieces of chicken and a smear of guacamole.

Had a minor ordering issue a few weeks back, decided to contact management. explained my problem and within a couple hours, i was called at home by Mario Garza, who said he was the manager and would like to make it right with me. a long story short, he more than made up for the mishap and in my opinion is a real asset the the company and i personally would like to thank you Mario for your quick response and eagerness to correct the situation. its managers like you that make it a pleasure to frequent your establishment. others could learn from your example.

Came in a little before closing I thought they closed at 12am but was unaware it was the rosas on Andrew's hwy that closed at midnight. But they still fixed our food and was nice about it. They offered us extra stuff as well very nice. Sorry for coming late but love the food.

We went to Rosa's in Midland. It was taco Tuesday and we were going to go through the drive through but there was a ton of cars, so we went inside. There was a long line as well but they got us through quick. We got our food quick with no errors to ourorder. They were amazing considering how busy they were. They definitely work hard as a team.
