Shier's Deli Catering - Midland

Fantastic pasties!I stopped in for soup and a sandwich today because I had heard good things, but it turns out that they are rebranding into a pasty specialty shop and they only had a variety of pasties today. I chose beef hot out of the oven and I have to say it's one of the best pasties I've ever bought, and I'm a pasty lover and have been making them for years myself.Well done! I hope you are successful. I'm sorry that I missed you as a deli since I can tell you care about your food, and I'm sure it was wonderful also.

I give this restaurant a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars and 10 out of 10. This was my first time trying this place and it definitely won't be my last. I have never been so impressed with a deli sandwich like the one I had here. It is hands down the best in the area. Keep up the good work!

The food was fantastic and the menu was extensive, offering something for everyone. My favorite dish was definitely the Brisket Dip.

Had the pleasure of stopping here on a road trip, and got a patty melt. Hands down one of the best patty melts I've ever had. Onions were cooked perfectly as was the burger, well seasoned and great sauce. If I'm ever in the area again I will try to stop by.
