Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Midland City

Kind of a mute point to review this Dairy Queen... It's now closed. It was part of the Circle K gas station, but their service was horrible. They slowly went under, closed and moved all the machinery out.

Dining room was closed. Ice cream machine broken . No onion rings. Cold burgers and burnt cheese curds. I have not been here in over a year and it was pretty much the same **** then.

Floors were for ice skating. Food was cold. Had to place 2 orders because cashier wasn't listening. Salt shakers filthy dirty. Ice machine wasn't working, therefore no ice for our drinks, which was warm also.

We went there on December 6th and spent $31.00 bit they totally got the order wrong. The A1 burger had No A1 sauce and instead of 2 large Onion Rings we got 2 Medium Fries.Should have checked the order but trusted them.If they want to keep customers train them to make orders right. We might just drive into Dothan going forward for better service and correct orders even though we live in Midland City.
