Feedback gevenThe service was extremely slow, and the staff were not wearing hairnets or gloves. My iced coffee was prepared incorrectly, and the sandwiches were not cut. I was very disappointed with the experience.
DD Is DD but the staff here make the difference. A really great crew.
Typically, the staff is helpful, but not everyone is familiar with social media, which surprises me considering they work in a cell phone store. It’s unexpected that they can’t address basic questions. However, today I received the assistance I was looking for.
When he opened the protective doors to serve the ice cream, I noticed droplets coming from his mouth and landing in the buckets of ice cream. Concerned, I informed him that I no longer wanted the ice cream due to his improper mask usage and decided to leave. As I exited, he shouted a profanity at me, which I chose to ignore. I feel it's important to report this incident, especially during these pandemic times, as this individual's behavior could put customers at risk. For your reference, the employee was a male, approximately 20 to 25 years old, of Latin descent (he was speaking Spanish), with dark skin and a black beard, and he did not display a professional attitude.
