Harvey's - Midland

We stopped by and ordered 2 original burgers and 1 order of fries. The service was slow despite there being only one car in front of us. We took our food to eat at a nearby table before heading home. Unfortunately, the food was not even warm by the time we got it, just 1 minute after ordering. We were very disappointed with our experience at this place.

This past weekend was the Swiss Chalet anniversary weekend with a fantastic lineup of events. I had pre-ordered my pickup time online well in advance, but unfortunately, I had to wait over 45 minutes before my order was ready. When we finally opened the packages, we realized there were no utensils or napkins included. Luckily, the hotel was kind enough to lend us their cutlery and napkins, otherwise we would have been in a sticky situation.

The burger was delicious and the fries were enjoyed. My wife had the 1/4 pound dinner and was very satisfied with how perfectly it was made. Overall, it was a 5-star meal.

That's mine for my almost food. loves the burger and of course the Swiss chalet huhn. the staff always has a smile for me.

It's a fast food joint. I get it. But there's well operated franchises and some that are not. This particular location would be at the lower end of the scale. There were more staff than customers, but service was slow.
