Feedback gevenI recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant where it took 25 minutes just to receive a parking card at the drive-thru window, and then another 30 minutes before receiving my food. Despite being a loyal customer for 13 years, the service was slow and the manager seemed incompetent. I ended up leaving without eating and will not be returning in the future.
Both stalls in Midland, Ontario are owned by the same family and offer excellent service. However, I have consistently had my orders incorrect (despite being very simple) and the quality of the food is not great. I have expressed my concerns to them multiple times but have not seen any improvement. It is disappointing that the owners seem to prioritize money over their customers. I will not be spending my money at either of their establishments.
Please bring back Jordan Matty as a member of the kitchen staff, or even as a manager. Jordan was exceptional in the kitchen, setting world records without breaking a sweat, like making a Big Mac in just 0.5 seconds. McDonald's Midland is truly missing our savior, J Matty, and having Jordan back would definitely improve the overall experience. Other than that, I had a good time at McDonald's today.
