Phil's - Midland

Phi is usually known for its delicious food and large portions. However, when we dined there two weeks ago on a Saturday, we were disappointed. The prices were high and the amount of food we received was significantly less than what we had experienced before. We do not plan on returning.

I used to enjoy Phil's ribs when they were cooked properly and delicious. However, my last visit in November was disappointing. The ribs had very little sauce and were overly salty. I asked for crispy fries, but they still arrived hot and soft.

I ordered wings, fries and onion rings for myself and my family for pick up. When I got home one order of wings, the hot sauce and dipping sauces and vegetables were missing. When I called they did apologize and offered to deliver the missing...food. I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes already. The wings that were in my order were fine as were the onion rings but the fries were very disappointing and the order itself was small for the price. We have been regular customers of Phil’s but I am so disappointed in this customer service that i will not be returning any time soon.

This pub has amazing food! The wings,the kettlechips, the fish and chips. Wow will want more of those kettlechips! They were crisp, tasty and perfectly seasoned. Also the service was fantastic,we did take out during the Covid19 pandemic and kudos to the Employees at Phil's...for setting up the pickup station and sanitation protocol. THANK YOU!

Went on a Thurs night. 1/2 price wings which were excellent. Also had entertainment with quitar/singer. Friendly service and good choices on the menu.
