Pizza was ways too fat! Ambiente looks like a sports bar with many TVs.

The server was knowledgable, empathetic, and reassuring. Although most appies are a no go, all pizzas can be made GF and they are absolutely amazing! Best GF crusts Ive ever had beautiful holes, great texture, balanced flavours. They know how to do real pizza justice.

Great place to stop for pizza. Kitchen is gluten knowledgeable. Staff is great they take all matters when it comes to celiac. Called a few places in Midland who have gluten free pizza and no luck. They don’t go out of their way to make a clean area for prepping your pizza.

Happy to see there is somewhere for me to eat in Midland besides Boston Pizza.Almost all menu items can be made GF.I only wish the meatballs were GF too.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic. It is so good that we drove 2 and a half hours to come back here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that our server was a bit too eager to clear things from the table. For example, I had a half full ginger ale that I declined a refill for, opting for water instead. When I asked for water, our server promptly brought it out but also cleared away the ginger ale before I could say anything. This happened with other items as well. It's a minor annoyance, but it happened enough times for me to reduce my rating from 5 stars. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we were there just after lunchtime, with many empty tables. Despite this, we will definitely be back because the pizza is truly worth the drive.
