Mcdonald's Restaurants - Midlothian

24 hours service (everything) but never in the last 3 weeks after midnight opened to go in willing happy, drive in, but not footfall. I literally went to the entrance of the staff to say there was no personal to go. there were six people staring at me. they have the personal to do both. if they can not rent outside the security, they rent.

Love the karamell freezing, but the new strawberry and frog was a disappointment. not even sure if there are coffee in it, not so tasteful would have had a milkshake.

The service was good, the restaurant was clean, tidy, and attentive. Staff were helpful in providing guidance on Covid19 protocols upon entry.

Waited in the drive through queue for over mins, then was met at the window by a very rude and irritable manageress called Kiely! Why they remained open with only staff is beyond me, though ultimately it is the customers who suffered. We...were left gobsmacked at how downright nasty Kiely spoke to us and the food order was wrong upon collection. Restaurant was closed to customers walking in and we also got stuck in a min queue to get out, so we were most definitely not waiting around to complain! Sort your manageress out McDonalds as this had to be the worst visit to the worst McDonald’s ever!

Quick drive through snack after night out Very disappointed, my food and coffee were Luke warm, there was no salt on my chips or provided in my bag nor was I given any napkins to top it all my latte was loaded with...syrup (caramel which made it completely undrinkable for me. All this and by the time I had tasted anything I was already on the bypass heading home so complaining was not an option. Poor show McDonalds, must try harder.
