Burger King - Midlothian

I am no fan of Burger King, but I have now eaten at this one 3 times and I was impressed. Food and service were great, and I was actually shocked, LOL.

First time visiting this location. It seems very new. Tried the impossible whopper for the first time, not bad.

Service was fast and they got our order correct. But the food made me sick. Probably me and eating fried food, not their food. Food tasted good.

Ordered our food off the app because we happen to be near this one. And to get our food to go before heading back home. We go pick up only to be ignored for 25 minutes! The guy in front is very rude! Then when we finally get our food, it wasn't even correct. Boyfriend orders Bacon/Cheese Whopper but gets just a Cheese Whopper. Daughter orders extra onions and no mayo but gets mayo and barely any onions. I mean really. It took 25 minutes to still screw the order up. But the fries was hot and salted perfectly. Will not be back to this location.

Lauren and Chloe are the best!! I was reluctant in coming here again for another time. I had pretty much wrote them off, BUT..... VERY VERY pleased with the customer service this evening. Maybe there is a new hiring manager that sees customer service as important. Sooooo pleased with their sweet demeanor and customer service old school style). Congrats Lauren and Chloe, yall saved the day and I will be returning. If only more people could understand that I have a choice where I spend my money on the days i dont cook at home!!! As of right now being transparent), Chick-fil-A customer service #1 but as of tonight..... Burger King #2. I 'm a working Mom and would like to Thank you again!!!!!!
