Hideout Burgers - Midlothian

The burgers and sandwiches at Hideout Burgers are fantastic. The onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The owners of the restaurant are a sweet couple and very personable. We highly recommend Hideout Burgers.

None of the burgers we ordered were cooked properly, resembling charred hockey pucks. They were extremely dry and shrunken down to half the size of the bun. The lack of seasoning made everything, including the sides, taste bland. We had to heavily salt everything on the table. The only reason we haven't rated this restaurant a 1 is because the owners were very friendly. However, it seems like they simply overcooked everything and tossed them into baskets. Overall, the food quality is rated as 1.

The burger was fantastic and reasonably priced. The fries were also exceptional! The service was excellent. We dined in for lunch and spent between $1 and $10 per person. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 5 and the atmosphere a 4.
