Feedback gevenVery upset and disappointed... There is a new staff, a woman who visits very badly, also on Sundays at 10:30 and I came at 9:30 and she told me she wouldn't visit me because she wanted to close... how?... if she lacks 1 hour!!!! She was very rude, she almost pushed me because she had to go home!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and remember to change because these employees really do not cover what is required for customer service!
Order online and get yourself easily and conveniently. Staff are polite and professional. Hot and ready sometimes slow but love this place!
Seemed organized. They were busy making pizzas like crazy. Not a long wait though. Online system was not working for placing orders. The brownies didn't look anything like the pictures.i think I should've returned them . I think they had been sitting around awhile. Pizza Quality was good and tasted great. Good amount of toppings.
Update: Gonna have to change my rating from 4 star to one star due to a management change and firing of all existing employees. I went to order and I get a person on the phone that speaks broken English. Had to repeat my order several times. once I got there I was overcharged for my order (should have been $18.40) and the thing that prompted this change is they put sausage in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish and I take offense to this. I will not be returning.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced problems. Once, I arrived just before closing time and was told they had run out of dough and couldn’t make any more pizzas, which felt like they just wanted to close up early. If I could rate this place lower than two stars, I would, but the site only allows me to give two stars. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor service and quality.
