Siam Paragon Thai Cuisine - Midlothian

Everything in my entrée tasted incredibly fresh and fragrant, making me really glad I chose this restaurant over the seafood place next door. Before leaving, I had to try their ice cream since they claim to make it in-house. I decided on the coconut flavor, which was a tough choice because they also offered ice cream featuring lychee. In the end, the coconut ice cream was absolutely worth it, and I was pleased that I saved room for such a satisfying dessert instead of having an appetizer. Despite it being a Friday night, the restaurant was quite empty, but the pleasant ambiance, cleanliness, and friendly staff should surely attract more customers once word spreads about how wonderful this place is. I would definitely come back!

The pad thai was outstanding, with a generous portion size, great texture, and well-balanced spices. However, I wasn’t a fan of the papaya salad. The summer rolls were best enjoyed with the provided peanut sauce. I didn't sample any other dishes.

This Thai restaurant is undoubtedly the best in the Richmond area. From the spicy salads to the traditional curry dishes, everything is delightful. The service is excellent, and the location is very convenient.

By far, the best Thai I've found on southside! Waitstaff is outstanding. Food is impeccable. (save room for desert)

Despite the unhappy waitresses, the food was excellent. Service was decent, the food took a while to get to the table but was fresh and tasted amazing. I would definitely eat there again.
